Bridge Point Gratigny will be a 409,000-square-foot+ logistics facility featuring in-demand tenant amenities, including 100+ secured, on-site trailer parking.
Anticipated to be completed in June 2024, this new roadway will significantly improve accessibility across the city and provide direct access to Bridge Industrial’s newest state-of-the-art South Florida logistics park: Bridge Point Doral.
University Station will provide 216 units of workforce housing, a 635-space parking garage, and a new home for Barry University College of Nursing and Health Services.
The project was partly funded through Miami-Dade County’s Public Housing and Community Development Department with $2.5 million in surtax funds. Completion of phase 1 is expected during the fourth quarter of 2024.
The JLL team of Executive Managing Director Sky Groden and Vice President Jeremy Cain will spearhead the property’s leasing.
The project will cater to a variety of tenant space needs with planned buildings ranging from 165,000 to 900,000 square feet. The first building is set to be delivered in late 2023.
A new lease deal for 98,012 square feet brought the 677,318-square-foot logistics park to full occupancy.
This marks the fourth time winning this prestigious honor from NAIOP’s South Florida Chapter in the past six years.
This is the first South Florida location for the leading third-party food logistics company.
The three-building industrial campus totals 336,852 square feet.
