The Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida (CIASF) Announces New Officers And Board Members

The Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida (CIASF) announced the election of the following officers and members of the Board of Directors to lead the organization for 2021-2022:

Sebastian Juncadella,  Fairchild Partners
President

Sebastian Juncadella is a commercial real estate advisor specializing in industrial, land, office and retail transactions. He combines a deep knowledge of the South Florida community with strong brokerage skills to provide exceptional perspective and comprehensive services to customers of Fairchild Partners, one of South Florida’s top-ranked commercial real estate brokerages. Since joining Fairchild in 2013, Sebastian has represented buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords in some of Miami-Dade County’s most recognized transactions.

Traci Miller, Miller Construction
Vice President

Traci Miller is a shareholder and senior vice president of Business Development at Miller Construction, which has completed more than 500 commercial projects in Florida since being founded five decades ago. She is past president of NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association and the Commercial Real Estate Women Fort Lauderdale/Boca Raton chapter. She serves on the board of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance and is active in several charitable organizations. Traci attended the University of Florida and St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Fort Lauderdale.

Stephanie Rodriguez, Duke Realty
Secretary

Stephanie Rodriguez is regional senior vice president at Duke Realty, where she is responsible for oversight of the Florida region for the domestic industrial property REIT that owns warehouse and distribution facilities in 20 major markets. Stephanie is a leasing and development professional with experience in operations, acquisitions, lease transactions and negotiations, asset management, and development projects. A Pennsylvania native, she is a graduate of Penn State University, where she earned degrees in political science and Russian area studies.

Erin Byers, Colliers 
Treasurer

Erin Byers is managing director of industrial services in South Florida for Colliers, a commercial real estate brokerage professional services and investment management company for landlords, tenants, and investors. Her extensive transaction history over nearly 15 years at Collier covers a wide range of disciplines, including sales, leasing, portfolio management and development. Erin is an member and designee of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the Miami Executive Committee for NAIOP. A South Florida native, she is an active member of United Way Young Leaders and Informed Families.
