KW Property Management & Consulting Announces Significant Leadership Moves As Company Continues Expansion
KW Property Management & Consulting (KWPMC), a Florida-based association management company, promoted two leadership team members and moved another to a highly important role to accommodate the company’s continued portfolio and personnel expansion.
Oscar Borras and Ashley Ortiz were elevated to new positions, while Sheila Diaz takes her oversight of KWPMC’s growth from Southwest Florida to Miami-Dade County.
Borras is now KWPMC’s Executive Vice President of Operations. In his new role, Borras oversees operations across all regions, as well as corporate engineering, food-and-beverage/hospitality, and property transitions. He will have 12 direct reports overseeing more than 2,590 team members throughout the organization.
Borras first joined KWPMC in 2021, earning previous promotions to District Manager and Regional Vice President.
Diaz takes on the role of Regional Vice President for the Miami-Dade Region, tasked with driving KWPMC’s continued expansion in Miami-Dade. She has more than 25 years of experience in asset management, real estate development, property management and financial analysis. Diaz was previously overseeing KWPMC’s growth in Southwest Florida, leveraging her strategic insight and operational acumen.
KWPMC manages nearly 140 associations in Miami-Dade County.
As KWPMC’s new Regional Vice President of the Southwest Florida Region, Ortiz is now at the helm of KWPMC’s activities in this important geographic area. Since joining KWPMC eight years ago, Ortiz has demonstrated exceptional leadership across a broad portfolio of properties. She has more than two decades of property management experience and is known for her results-oriented approach and deep commitment to community service.
KWPMC oversees nearly 50 in Southwest Florida.

These important moves follow an impressive run of organic growth at KWPMC, which generated a 32% increase in profits and added 22 new properties in the last year. It also onboarded more than 850 new employees in 2024 to keep up with the demand for its best-in-class services.
