Tobin Real Estate Successfully Brokers Sale Of Davie Office Building

Tobin Real Estate Senior Vice President Louie Granteed represented both sides in the $16 million sale of Broward Corporate Center in Davie.

Granteed had the exclusive listing on the property and represented both the seller, Tri-County Development Group, and the buyer, BSD Capital, in the sale of the asset. Located at 4491 S. State Road 7, Broward Corporate Center consists of two properties totaling with a 41,790 square-foot office building and vacant parcel. The office building was completed in 1988.

Tri-County Development Group’s main Principal Laurence Leavy, known internationally as a prominent worker’s compensation expert and litigator nicknamed “Marlins Man” due to his long-term Miami Marlins fandom, sold the property to 4491 State Rd 7 Holdings and BSD Capital, LLLP, Principals Sharon Sharaby and Guy Levintin, who are remarkable operators and developers of retail centers, multifamily, office buildings, kosher and non-kosher hotels, kosher restaurants, entertainment establishments and mixed-use projects.

Broward Corporate Center benefits from its prime location just a few blocks from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and easy access to I-595 and Florida’s Turnpike. This Davie site and future project will be a catalyst for the continued redevelopment of the entire State Road 7 corridor.
