OKO Group To Join Amazon At Wynwood Plaza Office

Wynwood Plaza continues to attract big names as Oak Row Equities and L&L Holding Co. land another major tenant.

This time, it’s OKO Group — the prominent real estate firm led by billionaire Vladislav Doronin — which has signed a 25,000-square-foot lease at the newly developed mixed-use project.

Developed in collaboration with Claure Group and Shorenstein Investment Advisers, Wynwood Plaza is quickly becoming a prime destination for high-profile tenants. OKO Group, known for co-developing the iconic 830 Brickell tower, will relocate its offices from the Miami Design District to the 266,000-square-foot office building at Northwest 29th Street.

The move puts OKO in good company. Amazon recently expanded its lease in the building to 76,000 square feet, and prominent law firm Weitz & Luxenberg is also among the tenants. With this latest lease, Wynwood Plaza further cements its status as one of Miami’s most sought-after commercial addresses.
