CBRE Facilitates Sale Of Broward County Medical Center

CBRE has arranged the sale of Coral Ridge Medical Center, a 19,500-square-foot medical office building located at 5310 N Dixie Highway in Oakland Park.

5301 N Dixie Hwy LLC, a medical office investment group led by Joseph Edlkopf, purchased the property for $6.1 million.

CBRE’s Ben Silver and Evan Fript represented the seller, Coral Ridge Outpatient Properties LLC, led by Dr. John Bloom, in the transaction.

Coral Ridge Medical Center is a two-story building anchored by an ambulatory surgical center operated by Tenet Healthcare, a national healthcare services provider. The surgical center occupies the entire ground floor and recently extended its lease through July 2029. The second floor features four medical practice suites. The property sits in a prime Oakland Park location with convenient access to Interstate 95 and U.S. Highway 1 and is less than five minutes from Holy Cross Health’s main medical campus.
