Marcus & Millichap Brokers $19.5M Sale Of Ross-Anchored Retail Center In Coral Springs
Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Turtle Run Shoppes, an 80,000-square-foot, anchored retail center in Coral Springs.
The asset sold for $19.5 million.
“This transaction underscores the continued depth of demand for well-located retail assets in South Florida,” said Douglas Mandel, executive managing director investments. “Despite broader market volatility, investors remain highly focused on necessity-based retail in supply-constrained markets like Coral Springs, where fundamentals continue to support long-term value.”
Mandel, Zach Levine and Cody Hershey, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Grover Corlew, and procured the buyer, Pliskin Realty & Development, Inc.
Built in 1990 and renovated in 2018, Turtle Run Shoppes is located at 6221-6371 W. Sample Road on a 7.23-acre site. The center was 92% occupied at the time of sale and is anchored by Ross Dress for Less, with tenants including America’s Best, Cycle Gear, My Salon Suite, the U.S. Postal Service, Smoothie King and La Brasa.
Shadow-anchored by Burlington, the center is at the signalized intersection of W. Sample Road and Turtle Creek Drive with combined traffic counts of more than 100,000 vehicles per day and approximately 153,000 residents within three miles.
