Bridge Industrial, City of Doral Celebrate Completion Of NW 112th Avenue

Bridge Industrial (“Bridge”), a privately-owned, vertically integrated real estate operating company and investment manager, in partnership with the City of Doral, celebrated the official completion of the new access roadway along NW 112th Avenue with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The new roadway, NW 112th Avenue, creates a critical north-south thoroughfare connecting NW 34th Street and NW 41st Street through the heart of Doral’s Central Business District. Delivered through a public-private partnership between Bridge Industrial and the City of Doral, the project is designed to improve traffic, enhance connectivity to major thoroughfares, and support continued economic growth in the area.

Pictured above at the ceremony are (from left to right): Bridge Industrial Office Manager Andrea Miranda, Doral’s City Manager Zeida Sardiñas, Bridge Industrial Vice President of Construction Ben Branch, City of Doral Councilman Rafael Pineyro, City of Doral Councilwoman Nicole Reinoso, City of Doral Mayor Christi Fraga, Bridge Industrial Southeast Region Partner Kevin Carroll, City of Doral Vice Mayor and Councilwoman Digna Cabral, City of Doral Councilwoman Maureen Porras, Bridge Industrial Senior Vice President of Development Francis Roura and Bridge Industrial Senior Director of Operations Brenda Gonzalez.

“When we broke ground here less than two years ago, we made a commitment to build infrastructure that would create long-term value for the City of Doral,” said Kevin Carroll, Partner, Southeast Region for Bridge Industrial. “Today’s ribbon cutting reflects that commitment. This new roadway improves access throughout Doral’s Central Business District and helps lay the foundation for future amenities coming soon to Bridge Point Doral, including a Whole Foods-anchored retail center currently under construction.”

City of Doral Mayor Christi Fraga added, “This project reflects the power of public-private partnerships done right. By working collaboratively, we’ve delivered infrastructure that improves traffic flow and supports economic opportunity for our residents and businesses, both today and for years to come. The completion of NW 112th Avenue is a significant win for Doral.”

The completion of NW 112th Avenue is part of Bridge Industrial’s Bridge Point Doral master plan, a 175-acre, Class-A logistics park located in the heart of Doral’s Central Business District. At full buildout, Bridge Point Doral will comprise approximately 2.6 million square feet of modern industrial space delivered in two phases.

Phase I, totaling 1.7 million square feet across five buildings, is projected for completion in late Q1 2026. Phase II, which includes an additional 900,000 square feet across two buildings, is currently under construction and is anticipated to be delivered by the third quarter of 2026. The park has enjoyed strong preleasing activity, with a prestigious tenant roster including a Fortune 50 food distributor and Barberi International.

Bridge Industrial is committed to sustainable development and is pursuing LEED® Silver certification for Bridge Point Doral. The Class-A industrial buildings feature 36- to 40-foot clear ceiling heights, 60-foot speed bays, on-site trailer parking, and both rear-load and cross-dock configurations, with flexible leasing options ranging from 20,000 to 640,000 square feet. Tenants benefit from the property’s prime distribution location, which offers immediate access to the Florida Turnpike, as well as all major thoroughfares, including State Road 836 (Dolphin Expressway), connecting to major population centers and South Florida’s busiest air and seaports. The park also offers last-mile access to Miami International Airport’s cargo entrance, PortMiami, and Miami’s Central Business District.

As part of the broader Bridge Point Doral master plan, Bridge Industrial sold an adjacent 10-acre parcel to SJC Ventures, which—together with Nuveen Real Estate—is developing Doral Marketplace, a Whole Foods–anchored retail center designed to serve tenants and the surrounding community. The walkable retail destination will feature a diverse mix of tenants including Shake Shack, First Watch, GoodVets, The Spot Barbershop, Encore Nails, VIO MedSpa, Apizza Brooklyn Resto + Vino, and more. The first retail openings at Doral Marketplace are expected later this year.

Bridge Industrial is one of South Florida’s most active industrial real estate developers. Since 2012, the company has acquired more than 750 acres in 23 separate transactions across South Florida. The firm has delivered or has under construction over 11 million square feet of Class-A industrial space across the region.
