Pro Body Tech Signs 15-Year Retail Lease In Downtown Dadeland

Pro Body Tech, a fitness center specializing in bodybuilding and high-intensity training, has signed a 15-year NNN lease for 11,000 square feet of retail space at 8905 Dadeland Boulevard in the Downtown Dadeland market.

The lease marks a long-term commitment at a well-located retail address in one of Miami-Dade’s established mixed-use and commercial corridors. While financial terms were not disclosed, the 15-year structure signals confidence in both the tenant’s business model and the property’s positioning within the market.

Alejandro Velez is the landlord in the transaction.
