Cohen Commercial Realty Secures New 25,000 SF Lease For The Christmas Palace

The Christmas Palace, South Florida’s premier retailer for premium holiday décor, has signed a lease for a 24,952-square-foot retail space at 12751 W. Sunrise Blvd. in Sunrise, directly adjacent to Sawgrass Mills Mall, one of the largest outlet and retail destinations in the United States.

The transaction was represented by Mike Beckert, Chris Haass, and Scott Witkowski of Cohen Commercial Realty (CCR) on behalf of the tenant. Sabrina Stimming and Ruben Suarez of Colliers represented the landlord.

Founded in 1992, The Christmas Palace is a South Florida staple known for its extensive selection of premium holiday décor, collectibles, and seasonal merchandise. With locations in Fort Lauderdale and Hialeah Gardens, as well as a growing online presence, the retailer continues to bring the spirit of the holidays to customers year-round.
