NAI Miami Brokers Sale Of Medley Industrial Site

NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale brokered the $6.55 million sale of a 2.62-acre industrial site situated at 7501 NW 72nd Avenue in Medley.

The deal was led by Larry Gautier, Senior Vice President, and Michael Holmquist, Vice President, at NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale, who represented the seller, 7501 Medley Civil LLC.

The property was acquired by Miami-based structural shell contractor Tekton Construction Corporation.

“The demand for existing, functional industrial sites in Miami-Dade County continues to outpace available inventory. The alternative is for buyers to work through significant regulatory issues to secure premier sites,” said Gautier.

Located within the high-demand Medley industrial corridor, the site features excellent logistical frontage along Milam Dairy Road (SR 969) and provides convenient access to US 27, making it a highly strategic footprint for heavy commercial operations, logistics, or industrial development.

“Navigating this transaction required significant diligence due to complex local regulatory hurdles,” said Holmquist. “Despite the challenges, securing a well-located industrial parcel in this landscape made it well worth the effort.”
