Colliers Negotiates Moishe Mana’s $20.3M Acquisition Of Historic Old U.S. Post Office In Downtown Miami

Colliers announced the $20.3 million sale of the historic Old U.S. Post Office building in Downtown Miami to Mana Common, led by Chairman and CEO Moishe Mana.

The acquisition includes the iconic five-story, 35,455-square-foot landmark building located at 100 NE 1st Avenue, as well as an adjacent 15,000-square-foot vacant lot. The purchase marks a significant addition to Mana Common’s expanding portfolio of historic properties along the Flagler Street corridor.

Colliers’ Executive Vice President Mika Mattingly, Vice President Bradley Arendt, and Senior Associate Cecilia Estevez represented the buyer, Mana Common, in the transaction. Alfredo Riascos and Mateo Romero of Gridline Properties represented the seller, Stambul, led by Daniel Peña.

Completed in 1914 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Old U.S. Post Office is regarded as one of Downtown Miami’s most iconic and architecturally significant landmarks. Current ownership has completed substantial renovations to transform the building into a vertical entertainment complex featuring bars, breweries, cafés, and restaurants designed around the property’s historic character. The adjacent 15,000-square-foot vacant lot, previously slated for a hotel and residential project, offers additional development potential supported by Miami’s flexible T6-80 zoning designation.

The property is situated in the center of Downtown Miami’s ongoing transformation and is surrounded by major public and private investments, including the revitalization of Flagler Street, Miami Worldcenter, Brightline’s MiamiCentral station, and a growing residential and hospitality base that continues to drive demand for entertainment, retail, and mixed-use development.
