CBRE Names Market Leader For Miami And Fort Lauderdale

CBRE announced that Greg Kuhlman has been named Market Leader and Senior Managing Director for Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Based in Miami, Kuhlman will oversee CBRE’s business across the Miami and Fort Lauderdale markets.

Kuhlman brings more than a decade of commercial real estate experience to CBRE. He most recently served as Senior Vice President at Related Ross in West Palm Beach. Prior to that, he spent more than three years at Related Companies in New York and as a founding member of the firm’s Miami office. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly nine years at Cushman & Wakefield, holding roles including Senior Director and Director of its Agency Consulting Group. Kuhlman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from High Point University.
