Pompano Beach Warehouse Sale Caps Trio Of Broward Deals

BKM Capital Partners acquired Park Central Business Center, a three-building industrial property in Pompano Beach, from MIG Real Estate for $33 million. The sale worked out to $297.41 per square foot based on the reported building area of 110,958 square feet. It was BKM’s third Broward County warehouse acquisition in 2026, bringing its spending on those properties to more than $100 million, according to the South Florida Business Journal.

BKM Adds To Its Broward Industrial Holdings

The Pompano Beach deal follows BKM’s acquisition of Lakeview Center with Kayne Anderson Real Estate for $57 million. That seven-building industrial park sits along Stirling Road near Dania Pointe. The two transactions alone account for $90 million in purchase prices and give BKM a presence in separate parts of Broward County.

BKM also acquired Palm Crossing South, a 61,135-square-foot small-bay industrial property in Fort Lauderdale, from SPG Palm Crossing LLC for $13.75 million. Berger Commercial Realty arranged the sale.
