Luxury Retailer Inks Deal At New World Tower

Italian luxury brand Bulgari has leased 7,000 square feet of space at the 285,000-square-foot New World Tower.
The 10-year term at the office tower, located at 100 N. Biscayne Blvd. in Dowtown Miami, begins in July.
Bulgari represents the latest high-end brand to join the building’s growing roster of luxury tenants that include Christian Dior, Guerlain and La Prairie.
