In the latest lease transaction, The Farmer’s Dog signed a lease for the entire ground floor of the 6501 building located within the Park at Broken Sound Business Park.
The site recently received site plan approval from the City of Miami for a three-building, eight-story mixed-use development consisting of 1,050 residential units and 49,737 square feet of commercial space.
The trophy assets were sold in a deal marking one of the most significant hospitality-driven trades of 2025.
The decision was largely driven by the demands of Codina Partner’s newest project Regency Parc, an ultra-luxury residential tower in Coral Gables.
The custom-built headquarters will offer between 600,000 and 700,000 square feet of workspace.
Originally built in 1925, echo was repositioned in 2021 and offers Class A office space with approximately 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail and a 257-space parking garage.
The financing was provided by City National Bank of Florida.
The multi-phase project will encompass approximately 2.5 million square feet of new commercial, residential, and hotel product once complete.
Completed in 2000, 1100 Banyan houses Scripps’ WPTV news studio and office space. Scripps will lease-back the entire property for a minimum of two and a half years.
