Coral Gables Office Complex Sells For $76 Million
The 473,214-square-foot Columbus Center, located at 1 Alhambra Plaza, was sold by court-appointed receiver Chris Neilson to Alhambra Acquisition LLC, an affiliate of Tourmaline Capital Partners.

The new space will accommodate 45 lawyers and business professionals specializing in corporate law, taxation, wealth management, investigations, litigation, arbitration, international trade, and global migration.
The lease marks Miami’s largest office lease to date in 2025.
The restaurant will occupy nearly 17,000 square feet.
Christina Jolley of Blanca CRE represented the landlord in this lease renewal, while Adam Bernstein and Zach Wendelin of JLL represented the tenant.
The office is set to open on March 5.

UHealth will occupy 11,243 square feet, which will include comprehensive eye care from Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, and physical therapy services, such as hand therapy and pelvic floor rehabilitation.
The lease deals total 143,083 square feet.
The transaction was facilitated by Colliers Vice Chair Stephen Rutchik and Senior Vice President Kevin Gonzalez.
