Codina Partners Officially Launches Pre-Leasing For Coral Gables’ First Ultra-Luxury Rental Tower

Codina Partners has officially launched pre-leasing for all units at Regency Parc, a first-of-its-kind ultra-luxury residential tower being developed in downtown Coral Gables.

Designed to set a new standard for high-end leasing in South Florida, Regency Parc will feature just 126 expansive Sky Residences, ranging from 1,768 to 12,000 square feet.
