Colliers Facilitates Long-Term Leases At The Aletto In Downtown Boca

As Downtown Boca Raton continues to evolve into a premier live-work-play destination, seamlessly integrating office, retail, residential, and entertainment that attracts locals and visitors, Colliers announced that two renowned culinary concepts are joining The Aletto, a landmark Class-A mixed-use destination set in the heart of Downtown Boca Raton at Sanborn Square.

Amal, a modern upscale Lebanese restaurant, has secured 10,558 square feet, while Sofia, an Italian fine-dining restaurant, has leased 4,544 square feet within the development.

Executive Vice Presidents Jonathan Carter and Dave Preston represented the developer, Compson Associates, in negotiating the long-term leases.

“INK Entertainment’s arrival to the property will bring two standout concepts that will elevate Downtown Boca Raton’s already dynamic dining landscape, setting a new benchmark for exceptional culinary and nightlife experiences,” said Carter.

INK Entertainment Group is a North American preeminent lifestyle and hospitality company, known for its award-winning portfolio of iconic restaurants, nightclubs, music festivals, and luxury hotel-residences. Headquartered in Toronto and Miami under the leadership of visionaries Charles Khabouth and Danny Soberano, the hospitality group continues to set new standards for immersive, trend-setting experiences.

Amal brings modern Lebanese cuisine to life through an old-world Arabesque aesthetic, blending timeless charm with contemporary elegance to create an exceptional dining experience. With acclaimed locations in Coconut Grove and Toronto, the concept has been celebrated for its vibrant flavors, thoughtful culinary execution, and immersive ambiance. Its new outpost at The Aletto will debut a stunning rooftop setting overlooking the ocean. It will feature a resident DJ on weekends, adding a lively, signature energy to the dining experience.

Sofia, building on the success of its sister location in the Miami Design District, will deliver an elevated culinary journey where modern Italian fine dining is infused with a distinctly vibrant, Miami-inspired energy. Defined by its chic, glamorous aesthetic, the restaurant will offer an unforgettable dinner experience enriched by live entertainment and a curated in-house art gallery showcasing internationally celebrated artists.

“These two world-class concepts are poised to become standout destinations for Boca Raton’s discerning diners,” said Preston. “Amal’s rooftop, with sweeping views east to the ocean and west to unforgettable Boca sunsets, will offer a truly spectacular setting, while Sofia’s curated art gallery adds a distinctive experiential element that reflects the signature creativity Ink Entertainment is known for.”

Designed to redefine the professional and cultural landscape of the city, The Aletto will feature 140,000 square feet of premier office, retail, and hospitality space, including:

  • Two state-of-the-art office towers offering panoramic views
  • A signature “open to the public” 10th-floor rooftop restaurant with indoor-outdoor dining and skyline vistas
  • Luxury amenities including a private fitness center, steam & sauna, valet parking, and a full-time concierge service

Strategically located steps from Mizner Park, Brightline’s Boca Raton Station, and the city’s thriving dining and retail corridor, The Aletto is poised to become Downtown Boca’s first trophy-class office development in more than 25 years. Colliers Executive Vice Presidents Scott Brenner, Gary A. Gottlieb, and Derek Baker lead the marketing and leasing efforts for the office portion of the project.
