Colliers’ Senior Vice President Kevin Gonzalez and Vice President Ana Paula represented the landlord, Resorts World Omni LLC, in the transaction. Nickel Goeseke of Cervera Real Estate represented the tenant, Skyline Consulting Group LLC.
