ComReal Announces Marketing Of 40-AC Site Fully Entitled For Truck Terminal Logistics’ Hub and Inland Port With Potential Rail Service

Terra Group, one of South Florida’s most prominent developers, has partnered with ComReal to bring Tamiami 137 to market — a once-in-a-generation 40-acre site located just outside Miami-Dade’s Urban Development Boundary (UDB).

“As the South Florida real estate story goes, Miami is located at the end of a peninsula,” McBride continued. “There is extremely limited land for additional industrial development due to the Everglades to the west and the Atlantic Ocean to the east. Recently, industrial land entitled for warehouse or distribution is selling for $3.0 million per acre plus.”
