Continuum Unveils Waterfront District In North Bay Village After Unanimous Approval
Continuum Company has introduced a new vision for North Bay Village with the unveiling of the Continuum Waterfront District, a proposed two-phase, mixed-use development spanning more than three acres along Biscayne Bay. Master-planned by Continuum, the Commission unanimously approved the plan that will transform Kennedy Causeway into an iconic waterfront destination.
Anchored by the first phase, Continuum Club & Residences and a historic deck at the water’s edge, the Continuum Waterfront District brings together thoughtfully designed residential, hospitality, retail, and recreational spaces. Consistent with the NBV100 Master Plan, the District emphasizes walkability, waterfront access, and lush green civic spaces that connect residents and visitors to stunning Biscayne Bay.
The vision for the Continuum Waterfront District includes two Continuum Club residential condominium towers, a Continuum-branded boutique hotel with rooftop pool and curated lifestyle experiences. The broader district will feature new restaurants and bars, a renovated marina, outdoor wellness areas, and retail storefronts, all of which will contribute to a pedestrian-friendly waterfront lifestyle.
“Our vision for North Bay Village is to transform this waterfront neighborhood into a sought-after destination,” said Ian Bruce Eichner, Chairman and CEO of Continuum Company. “We are extremely appreciative of the support we received from the staff and the Commission as we planned this District in partnership with North Bay Village.”
“The Continuum Waterfront District is our vision of the pinnacle of bayfront living,” said Allie Eichner, President of Continuum Florida. “The Continuum Waterfront District is our opportunity to help shape a neighborhood that celebrates Miami’s unique waterfront lifestyle.”
Continuum Club & Residences, currently under construction and nearly 50 percent sold, is the district’s first phase. The tower features over 60,000 square feet of amenities, including a waterfront resort-style pool, a wellness center with a gym, yoga studio, longevity spa, marina, and curated lifestyle perks such as private yacht club and beach club memberships, as well as a premium membership to Dorsia, an exclusive dining platform. It builds on Ian Bruce Eichner’s legacy, whose development of Continuum South Beach played a pivotal role in transforming Miami’s South of Fifth neighborhood.
