Illustrated Properties Announces Addition Of Director Of Commercial Real Estate

Premier real estate brokerage Illustrated Properties announced the addition of Shane McCain as Director of Commercial Real Estate. McCain joins the firm alongside his seven-associate The BluEdge Team, which will operate from Illustrated’s corporate headquarters in Palm Beach Gardens.

The arrival of The BluEdge Team, known for its multi-discipline expertise in complex commercial deals, strong land development background and luxury residential sales, immediately enhances Illustrated’s scale and specialized services across Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast.

Before joining Illustrated, McCain led a high-producing team at BluEdge with nearly $80 million in combined commercial and residential volume across Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast. His personal brokered and consulting production exceeded $50 million, demonstrating a strong presence in the region’s most active commercial and land markets. McCain now brings that regional impact and strategic insight to Illustrated’s expanding commercial division.

McCain is a prominent figure in the industry, holding notable leadership roles including CCIM Board Member and CCIM President Elect for 2026. He is also a recipient of the Noble Properties Scholarship.

A Fort Pierce native, McCain brings a unique background to the role. He started his real estate career in 2018 following four-plus seasons with the Texas Rangers organization.

McCain’s early experience included new construction sales for Pulte Homes, which opened the door to land acquisition — a segment where he continues to work closely with major development opportunities. His personal investment experience provides clients with insights from the ownership side of the business, backed by deep local knowledge.
