Law firm Sperling Kenny Nachwalter has signed a 21,000-square-foot office lease at Four Seasons Tower Brickell, located at 1441 Brickell Avenue.

The transaction was structured as a full-service gross lease, negotiated by Gordon Messinger of CBRE. While financial terms were not disclosed, the size of the deal stands out in a market where high-quality office space in premier locations continues to attract strong interest from professional services firms.
