Lee & Associates South Florida’s Milopoulos, Baena Close $21 Million Industrial Transaction
Lee & Associates South Florida Principal Greg Milopoulos and Senior Vice President Christian Baena successfully brokered the $20.83 million sale of Trion Center, a 101,260-square-foot multi-tenant industrial property in Fort Lauderdale.
Milopoulos and Baena procured the buyer and facilitated a rapid transaction timeline.
Trion Center offers a diverse mix of small-bay units and benefits from strong regional demand for functional, flexibly sized industrial spaces. The site, situated on 5.12 acres at 2020 W. McNab Road and consisting of three small-bay industrial buildings with 145 tenants, was sold by Trion Center, LLC.
The purchase contract was executed on Oct. 17, and the sale closed on Dec. 2, reflecting the ability of Milopoulos and Baena to effectively navigate off-market opportunities and deliver swift results for their clients.
Baena initially contacted the seller about one year ago to gauge interest in a potential disposition. While the timing was not right then, a follow-up call two months ago revealed a renewed openness to sell. Shortly after an in-person meeting with the ownership, Milopoulos and Baena sourced a motivated buyer capable of closing quickly.
