Marcus & Millichap Brokers Sale Of Industrial Property In Medley

Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of a 45,025-square-foot industrial property in Medley.

The industrial property, located at 7525 NW 74th Ave., features two tenants, ample parking, office space, and two loading docks.

Michael Alaoui had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Consulier Engineering, Inc., and procured the buyer, a Florida-based private investor.

“Even during a challenging high-interest-rate environment and lack of reasonably priced inventory, we are able to skillfully bridge the gap between buyers and sellers, even in desirable submarkets,” stated Alaoui, vice president of investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office.
