Meal Delivery Service Inks 43K SF Lease At Prologis Airport Center In West Palm Beach

Ideal Nutrition has signed a long-term lease for 43,200 square feet at Prologis Airport Center.

This development is part of a 70-acre master-planned business park located at 6017-6059 Southern Boulevard in West Palm Beach.

Colliers Executive Vice President Scott Weprin represented the tenant in the lease transaction, while CBRE represented the landlord, Prologis, in the negotiations.

Ideal Nutrition will utilize the additional warehouse space to allow for more room for their existing central kitchen, which is located in a separate location in West Palm Beach. Ideal Nutrition is a healthy meal delivery service situated in the heart of West Palm Beach.

The company has been expanding its footprint in Florida, with current locations in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Boca Raton, Downtown Miami, Wellington, Stuart, and Gainesville. Additional locations will soon open in St. Petersburg, Orlando, and Downtown Fort Lauderdale.

“There is a significant amount of industrial product currently under construction in Palm Beach County, indicating that the market is poised for greater activity as demand continues to outpace new supply,” said Weprin.
