Southeast Centers To Manage, Lease ±174,000 SF Coral Springs Shopping Center
Southeast Centers has been named exclusive management and leasing advisor for Atlantic Crossings Shopping Center, a ±173,680 square-foot retail center located in Coral Springs.
Atlantic Crossings Shopping Center was developed between 1993 and 1998 and is anchored by Whole Foods and Home Depot, and shadow-anchored by Sam’s Club. The fully-leased center is ideally situated within Broward County at the prime intersection of University Drive and Atlantic Boulevard in the heart of the Coral Springs commercial corridor across from the Coral Square Mall.
“The center’s anchor tenants draw a large customer base from an expansive trade area,” said Southeast Centers Regional Leasing Director Meredith Vogel. “The surrounding community is densely populated with strong household incomes, making this area one of Broward County’s most desirable markets.”
With the addition of Atlantic Crossings Shopping Center, Southeast Centers’ third-party management and leasing portfolio now comprises 43 centers totaling more than 3.9 million square feet across the Southeast – including Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Virginia – as well as assignments in New York and Massachusetts. The portfolio-wide occupancy rate is 97 percent.
“We are honored to have been selected to provide our management and leasing expertise,” said Steven Miskew, Chief Executive Officer and Partner at Southeast Centers. “This assignment reflects our strong track record of delivering results for our clients up and down the eastern seaboard.”
“Southeast Centers is excited to work with the existing tenants at Atlantic Crossings Shopping Center,” added Greg Scott, Chief Operating Office at Southeast Centers. “We believe that this property has tremendous potential to serve the needs of the surrounding community and foster a vibrant shopping experience for customers.”
