Completed in 2024 at 1765 N. Miami Avenue, Wynwood Haus is a 20-story property located at the entrance of Wynwood and offers studios, one- and two bedroom-units, along with 6,824 square feet of ground floor retail.
The transaction included both a deed-in-lieu-of-foreclosure and a conventional sale supported by new financing.
The free-standing warehouse is currently occupied by Nefco, an industrial equipment supplier.
Bridge signed a 12,000-square-foot deal with Kahane and Associates, P.A., a consumer finance litigation law firm relocating from Plantation, and a 15,000-square-foot lease with Acentria Insurance, an insurance company relocating from Fort Lauderdale.
The deal equates to about $318 a square foot for the nearly 243,000-square-foot complex.
