The industrial project is approved for eight buildings. Phase I of Race Track Logistics will comprise 620,738 square feet across four buildings with an expected completion date by September 2025.
The transaction — which closed Thursday afternoon —was direct with no brokers involved, and an all-cash deal.
The 223-acre project will feature 1.3 million square feet of retail and entertainment space, 4,000 luxury residential units, two hotels, and 1.35 million square feet of Class A office space.
The new location is set to open later this year.
