The redevelopment, which began in 2024 following the acquisition of the center by Stiles and FCA Partners, included the construction of a new, ground-up Publix Supermarket along with significant upgrades to the property’s façade, walkways, landscaping, and parking areas.

The retail property, located at 1815 Cordova Road in Fort Lauderdale, totals 230,000 square feet.
JLL Capital Markets arranged the sales of the 70,288-square-foot Shops at Sunset Lakes in Miramar, Florida and the 109,811-square-foot Town Center Shops at Jensen Beach.
Publix Super Markets, Inc. acquired the center.
