The project will feature five residential towers ranging from 21 to 24 stories, with approximately 1,292 rental residences, 36,000 square feet of restaurants and retail, and 1.1 million square feet of access-controlled parking with 2,650 spaces.
The property was acquired in a special situation from a long-term private family owner.
The new deals include an 18,842-square-foot 10-year lease with Valley National Bank, a 9,717-square-foot 10-year lease with Rosenbaum LLP and a 9,648-square-foot long-term lease with Morgan & Morgan.
Shane Decker, who oversees Decker Capital, Inc., joint-ventured with a prominent 33-year-old Miami insurance litigation attorney and real estate investor Brett Schlacter and Mindful Capital, an industrial powerhouse operator led by its President, 32-year-old Patrick Carney.
