The Faith Group Announces Sale Of Three-Story Office Property In North Miami Beach
The Faith Group, a family-owned real estate investment firm based in Aventura, announced the sale of International City Building I, a three-story office property located directly across from Jackson North Medical Center in North Miami Beach.
The asset sold for $6,500,000.
The entity was owned and managed by The Faith Group which maintains a diverse portfolio of commercial assets throughout the region. Alex Zylberglait and Michael Crocchiola of Marcus & Millichap and Roy Faith of FIP Commercial were the brokers in the transaction
