West Palm Beach CBD Development Site Changes Hands
Touchstone Webb Realty Company‘s Susan Thomas arranged the sale of a development site located at 600 and 616 Datura Street in West Palm Beach.
The site comprises two single-story warehouse buildings totaling 11,000 square feet, situated on a 30,000-square-foot corner lot.
Metro Exchange, Inc. purchased the site from Garsh Investments, LLLP for $3,450,000. Thomas represented the buyer in the transaction.
The deal closed September 24.
