1925-Built Office/Showroom In Wynwood Fetches $4.6 Million

Ari Dispenza of Mizrach Realty Associates represented the Seller in the $4,600,000 sale of an office/showroom facility in Wynwood, just south of Midtown Miami development and Miami Design District.
The 1925-built property is located at 85 NE 27 Street.
The deal closed on February 25, 2014.
“The Sellers did an exceptional job repositioning this property by providing small offices, with a creative atmosphere, in a market that was short on this product and long on demand. This improved and stabilized asset drew a lot of attention from buyers,” said Dispenza.
Gaston Miculitzki of Brightway Properties represented the Buyer, Wynwood Spaces, which plans to continue to operate the property as a multi-tenant building.
