91,000 SF Abacoa Town Center Trades

FLF Holding announced the acquisition of a 91,409 square foot mixed-use property in Jupiter.
The property commonly referred to as Abacoa Town Center was purchased by FLF ATC LLC on March 6 for $4.5 million.  A vacant adjacent parcel was also purchased for $600,000.
The mixed-use commercial property is located next to Roger Dean Stadium in the heart of one of northern Palm Beach County’s most desirable communities, Abacoa.
Abacoa Town Center is occupied by restaurants, retail, office, and entertainment users and is best known for its quality restaurants and hosting community events such as ArtiGras and one of the most popular food truck events in Palm Beach County.
