San Francisco-Based Software Company Secures 30,000 SF In Coral Gables

San Francisco-based Kandji, a company specializing in automation-driven Apple device management software, has secured a 30,000-square-foot lease at 2811 Ponce de Leon Boulevard within The Plaza Coral Gables, according to a press release.

The office is set to open on March 5.

The Plaza Coral Gables, a 2.3 million-square-foot development by Agave Holdings, spans approximately seven acres at the southeast corner of Ponce de Leon Boulevard and Sevilla Avenue. The mixed-use project features two office towers, a 242-room hotel, 174 residential units, and more than 160,000 square feet of retail space.
