Rosso Development And Partners Unveil $2B Midtown Park Project
Miami’s ever-evolving skyline is set for another major transformation. Rosso Development, Midtown Development, and Proper Hospitality have joined forces to launch Midtown Park, a $2 billion mixed-use destination that will turn nearly five acres of vacant land in Midtown Miami into a vibrant, community-driven neighborhood.
A Transformative Vision for Midtown
At full build-out, Midtown Park will feature six towers, including four residential buildings and two office structures, surrounded by green spaces, pedestrian walkways, and cultural amenities. The project’s master plan focuses on walkability, design, and community connectivity, seamlessly linking Wynwood, Midtown, and the Design District.
Developers envision Midtown Park as more than just a collection of buildings—it’s designed as a public-facing neighborhood hub, with retail, restaurants, art installations, and outdoor gathering spaces encouraging year-round engagement.
Midtown Park Residences by Proper: The First Tower
The development’s first phase centers on Midtown Park Residences by Proper, a 28-story branded residential tower that will deliver 288 luxury homes. Units will range from studios to multi-bedroom residences and penthouses, with prices starting in the low $700,000s and topping out around $2.7 million for standard layouts.
Arquitectonica is handling the building’s sleek, modern design, with interiors by award-winning firm Meyer Davis and lush landscaping by Naturalficial.
Inside, the spaces reflect Proper Hospitality’s signature blend of sophistication and comfort. The design palette features natural stone, warm wood tones, plaster finishes, and greenery, creating a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. The dramatic 16-foot-tall lobby will feature museum-quality art, bronze accents, and sculptural seating — setting the tone for an elevated residential experience.
World-Class Amenities and Lifestyle Offerings
Residents will enjoy more than 40,000 square feet of lifestyle amenities, including:
- A resort-style pool deck with a restaurant and bar offering skyline and bay views
- A comprehensive fitness and wellness center with yoga, Pilates, and meditation areas
- A spa pool, private pickleball courts, and communal vegetable garden
- A kids club, events lounge, and virtual golf/screening room
- Flexible co-working spaces and a gourmet coffee bar for remote professionals
In true Proper fashion, the building will offer signature services such as Culture Concierge programming, housekeeping, grocery delivery, pet care, and curated social events.
Bringing Lifestyle and Community Together
For Rosso Development founder Carlos Rosso, the project represents an evolution in Miami’s urban design philosophy. Rather than building a single tower, he aims to create an ecosystem where living, working, and leisure coexist.
“This is about creating a true community,” Rosso said. “Midtown Park will connect Miami’s most dynamic neighborhoods through thoughtful design, public space, and an elevated lifestyle.”
Adding to the excitement, the project will include the ULTRA Padel & Racquet Club, featuring 11 outdoor courts and children’s areas in its first phase. Eventually, it will expand into a permanent eight-court facility, offering residents and visitors a new social and recreational anchor in Midtown.
What’s Next
Construction on the first phase — including Midtown Park Residences and the initial amenity components — is expected to be completed by 2028. Once finished, Midtown Park will stand as a symbol of Miami’s continued evolution into a global hub for design, culture, and contemporary urban living.
