USPS Leases 141K SF Of Industrial Space
The United States Postal Service (USPS) has committed to a new industrial lease in South Florida, taking on 140,799 square feet of space in Miami‑Dade County.
The property is located at 11150 NW 122nd Street in Medley (situated at the southeast corner of NW 115th Avenue and NW 122nd Street, just east of Florida’s Turnpike and south of Okeechobee Road).
The landlord is Prologis, Inc., which owns the building (Building 7) within Miami International Tradeport 7 industrial park.
By anchoring a large logistics space with a major federal tenant like USPS, the deal underscores the continued strength of big-box industrial demand in the region. The location—off key arteries with access to major freight and parcel routes—makes the site especially valuable for distribution operations.
