Florida East Coast Realty (FECR) announced that global real estate services firm Colliers will oversee office and retail leasing at Colonnade Plaza and The Club at Brickell Bay, two prominent properties in the heart of Brickell.
At Colonnade Plaza, multiple office suites are currently available, ranging from 1,322 square feet to 12,160 square feet, including a full-floor opportunity. The available spaces can accommodate a variety of uses, from boutique offices to larger corporate occupiers seeking a premier Brickell Avenue address.
