Marcus & Millichap Brokers Sale Of North Miami Beach Office Building

Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Citi Centre, a 46,324-square-foot office building in North Miami Beach.

The asset traded for $10.2 million.

Alex Zylberglait of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a private overseas group, and procured the buyer, a local private operator.

“This is a strategically located asset right at the Golden Glades Interchange with significant value-add potential in occupancy and rents,” said Zylberglait, executive managing director investments. “Located across from Jackson North Hospital and with easy access to high density population, this property will continue to be positioned as one of the most iconic assets in this area.”

Originally built in 1986 and renovated in 2022, the property sits on approximately 1.54 acres at 290 Northwest 165th Street. Citi Centre includes 26 suites and offers ample parking, 24-hour access and proximity to major transportation routes, including Interstate 95, Florida’s Turnpike and State Road 826.

The building is near Jackson North Medical Center and the Golden Glades Interchange, providing access to Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
