SoBe Citibank Branch Listed For $8 Million

A Citibank branch building located on a 14,000 square foot lot at 5th Street in Miami Beach has been listed for sale.
The listing for the 5,150-square-foot property, which was built this year, has been awarded to Marc Strauss of Marcus & Millichap.
Strauss said, “ This asset is unique in that is has a double drive on a hard corner in one of the most desirable locations in all of South Florida.  Anyone investing in this property will a great long term investment with an A rated credit tenant.”
Citibank has signed a long term, 15 year lease, which expires in September, 2027.
