Marcus & Millichap Sells Airport Hotel Property With On-Site Brewery For $17.7 Million

Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of a Miami Airport hotel property with restaurant and brewery.

The asset was sold for $17.7 million.

“This sale represents the continued demand for cash flowing and well-located South Florida hotels with significant upside,” said Leo Reilly, senior associate. “The hotel’s highly visible location at the intersection of the Palmetto and Dolphin Expressways received interest from both hoteliers and developers alike.”

Reilly and Robert Hunter, investment specialists based in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a Massachusetts-based operator, was also procured by Reilly and Hunter.

Located at 7250 NW 11th St., the property is comprised of a 103-room Days Inn and the Beat Culture Brewery & Restaurant.

Adjacent to Miami International Airport, the property is situated at the intersection of the Dolphin Expressway and Palmetto Expressway. It features a potential meeting room master lease, an additional unit currently rented via Airbnb, and mid-six-figure airport parking revenue.
