Easton & Associates Brokers Nearly 90,000 SF Of New Office Leases In Doral
Easton & Associates, the brokerage division of The Easton Group, a full-service, family-owned commercial real estate company, signed five new leases totaling 88,260 square feet in Doral. The leases cover two office buildings at 8600 NW 36th St. and 2001 NW 107 Ave. Easton & Associates Vice President Andrew Easton represented the landlords in all transactions.
8600 NW 36th St., Doral
- Easton signed an undisclosed government agency to a 36,360-square-foot lease in the 8-story building known as The Offices of Doral Square owned by The Easton Group. The requirement is an expansion within the Doral market, requiring additional space. Matt Bittel of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
- The global healthcare company Ocasa Life Sciences leased 9,000 square feet, with Reshma and Vishal from Parvani Commercial Real Estate Group representing the tenant. The company needed additional space to accommodate recent growth.
2001 NW 107th Ave., Doral
- QPS Miami, a clinical research company, signed a deal for 33,655 square feet at the office building located within International Corporate Park. QPS, which will be relocating its operations from South Miami, was represented by Estrella Martin of NuFront International Realty.
- Other newly signed tenants in the 4-story building owned by Misopac Corp. include Angel Leal, P.A., a law firm leasing 6,850 square feet, and SHR, a telecom design and engineering firm, occupying 5,395 square feet.
“Leasing remains strong in Doral, where more than 2 million square feet of older office product was redeveloped over the past few years and has not been replaced,” said Andrew Easton. “That sustained demand and shrinking inventory continue to push rents higher, but Doral remains more affordable than many other markets in Miami, giving tenants quality space at a more competitive price point, and closer to where their employees live.”
