Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Sale Of Broward County Industrial Property

Cushman & Wakefield zhas arranged the $18,100,000 sale of Powerline Commerce Park, a three-building industrial property totaling 72,919 square feet.

Mike Davis, Dominic Montazemi, Rick Brugge, and Rick Colon of Cushman & Wakefield arranged the sale on behalf of both the seller and buyer. The property was sold by Bristol Group and acquired by NorthBridge Partners.

“Powerline Commerce Park presented a very unique opportunity to acquire three single-tenant buildings that offer tremendous upside with rents nearly 50% below market. The buildings provide a unique user experience for tenants with spaces between 20,000 and 24,000 square feet that require stand-alone access and identity. Built in 1989 and located at 1250, 1280, and 1310 S. Powerline Rd., the property offers showroom and warehouse spaces as well as varying ceiling heights and dock configurations.
