Vision Aerospace Inc. has leased a 76,605-square-foot warehouse at 8110 NW 74th Street in Medley. The aerospace component repair company signed a triple-net lease with landlord Luke J. Petherbridge at an asking rate of $18 per square foot. The transaction, which closed July 30, covers the full Building D at the Palmetto 74 industrial park. Tommy Gil and David Olalde of Industrial Advisors represented the tenant.
Vision Aerospace specializes in the repair and overhaul of aircraft components. Its commitment to the entire warehouse places an aviation-related business in a modern industrial development located less than four miles from Miami International Airport.
Building D was completed in 2024 and includes 32-foot clear heights, 29 dock-high doors, two drive-in doors, a 120-foot truck court and approximately 2,628 square feet of office space.
The property is part of Palmetto 74, a four-building industrial development positioned near the Palmetto Expressway and approximately four miles from Florida’s Turnpike. The location also provides access to Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the broader South Florida highway network.
