Logistics Newcomer Secures Its First South Florida Foothold

Cargo Lift Solutions has leased 37,000 square feet at Prologis Palmetto Tradeport, located at 8090 NW 77th Court in Medley, for its first facility. The air cargo logistics company signed a five-year agreement with landlord Prologis and occupied the industrial space in September 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Fausto Commercial’s Kodiak Fields and Ben Kunzle represented the tenant. JLL’s Ana Rivera represented Prologis.

The space offers 24-foot clear heights, 12 dock doors and one drive-in door. Airport proximity and highway access position the facility to connect air freight with truck distribution.

The commitment comes as Miami-Dade industrial vacancy declined to 6.5% in the third quarter, according to Colliers.
