JLL Boosts Office Brokerage Team in South Florida

Jones Lang LaSalle has appointed David Steinfeld as Vice President in the firm’s office brokerage team.
Based in Miami, he will represent landlord and tenant clients with their office space requirements throughout Dade County.

With 11 years in the industry, Steinfeld has worked with a diverse group of companies from local start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, most recently serving as Senior Associate at CBRE.  He specializes in lease acquisition and disposition, market, site and financial analysis as well as long term strategic real estate planning.  He has earned LEED Professional accreditation and is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
Mr. Steinfeld represented Westpointe Business Park in it’s recent deal with The Miami Herald Media Company.
