Veteran Broker Receives CBRE's Top Industrial Services Professional Award

CBRE Senior Vice President Harry G. Tangalakis was recently presented with the highest honor bestowed upon a CBRE industrial services professional in the Americas: The Dave Haggerty Leadership Award.
The award, a tribute to Mr. Haggerty, a CBRE industrial professional who passed away,  is presented each year to an industrial services professional who possesses the passion, dedication and teamwork that Mr. Haggerty brought to CBRE during his career.
Tangalakis is a 32-year veteran of CBRE and one of the top industrial brokers in South Florida. He joined CBRE’s industrial division in Fort Lauderdale in 1981, and over the years, has earned the reputation as an honest, hard-working and thoughtful person who is an expert at achieving maximum results for each and every client. He has been involved in almost 8 million square feet of lease transactions, approximately 6 million square feet of building sales and has sold or leased over 400 acres of industrial land for an aggregate transaction value of nearly $750 million. In addition, he is active member of his community, involved in several charities including the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Boys & Girls Club, St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church and CBRE Cares.
“Harry is more than one of our top industrial brokers in South Florida – he is loyal, generous, enthusiastic, hard-working and active in charitable organizations in his community,” said Mary Jo Eaton, Executive Managing Director, CBRE Florida.
