CBRE, Dalfen Industrial Arrange Largest Industrial Lease Signed In Palm Beach County YTD

CBRE has arranged a new 101,000-square-foot industrial lease for National Millwork at Turnpike Logistics Center in West Palm Beach.

This lease marks the largest industrial lease signed in Palm Beach County year-to-date.

National Millwork is a full-service door, hardware and millwork company that serves the multifamily residential construction market. The company will relocate from 1177 W. Blue Heron Blvd. in summer 2024 and occupy a portion of Building 2 at Turnpike Logistics Center, located at 1715 Meathe Drive.

Kirk Nelson, Robert Smith, and Jeff Kelly with CBRE Industrial & Logistics represented the developer, Dalfen Industrial, in lease negotiations.

Turnpike Logistics Center is a 317,499-sq.-ft. Class A industrial property with two buildings on 29.5 acres. Both buildings feature 32-foot clearance heights, ESFR fire sprinklers and hurricane impact glass. The property provides direct on-ramp access to Florida’s Turnpike as well as nearby access to multiple Interstate 95 interchanges.

The CBRE team is marketing the remaining 55,694 sq. ft. of space available for lease at Building 2 of Turnpike Logistics Center.
